To Hieu Street in Ha Dong District is around a kilometre long but is home to 5-6 abandoned headquarters covering a total area of 8,000 square metres.

The former buildings managed by the Supreme People’s Procuracy and the old Ha Tay Radio and Television Station on To Hieu Street have been left unused for years.

The Supreme People’s Procuracy's three-storey building has seriously deteriorated, with walls peeling in many areas. The 1,300-square metre lot is covered by wild grass.

The 2,000-square metre site at 32 To Hieu Street was formerly the Ha Tay Radio and Television Station. It has stayed vacant for a long time, except for a security guard on duty.

The first-floor lobby of the building has become a storage area for discarded signboards from a bank, surrounded by overgrown weeds. The exterior walls facing To Hieu Street are cracked and peeling, with several doors now in a state of disrepair.

The facility of the Hanoi Statistics Office at 55 To Hieu Street is in the same situation. At present, barbers are using the pavement outside the building to set up their stalls.

The old headquarter of the Ha Dong District State Treasury at 29 on To Hieu Street also stands deserted.
