The project, carried out by the Green Park Centre of Thuan Hoa District, aims to renovate and create a landscape that fully utilises both banks of the Huong River for cultural and tourism development.

It will also serve as a recreational spot and venue for significant events in Hue City.
The 430-square-metre stage will be semicircular. Its floor is made of reinforced concrete 20 cm thick and covered with ironwood planks 50 cm thick.
The 3,000-square-metre spectator area will be landscaped with coloured soil, seasonal grass, and flowers. It will have a 334-metre-long stone bench.
The project will be completed in two years.
