The eight-storey building has a total area of 320 square metres, and the top floor hosts a meeting room and an open-door cafe.
The hotel rooms and its two restaurants have a design featuring a combination of Indochina and Western architecture in a trendy black and white colours.
According to the hotel manager, Hong, there are more visitors during this festive season, and the occupancy rate is 96 percent.
"Most of our guests come from Europe and Australia, where Hanoi is a popular destination for their New Year holiday," Hong said. "We have 40 rooms of between 28-38 square metres, which all have a view of the city centre. Our room rate is about VND4 million per night, a very reasonable rate compared to other hotels of similar ranks."
Hong added that their two restaurants, one featuring European food style and one introducing Vietnamese specialities, usually focus on themes and seasons to bring new experiences to guests.
While the Western-style restaurant has attracted customers with its salad, steaks, and salmon, the Vietnamese-style Lach Cach Restaurant is famous for some special dishes, including grilled pork paste with young green sticky rice, stewed pork, grilled fish, and stir-fried vegetables.
Daniella Kelin, a guest from Germany, said that she was having a good time staying at the T Boutique thanks to its good service and convenient location.
"We've decided to choose Vietnam for the New Year holiday because we heard about your rich culture, friendly people, and warm atmosphere," she said. "And we're having a great experience here."
