According to the Southern Regional Hydro-Meteorological Station, the highest tide level would occur between 4-6 am and 6-8 pm.

The water level at most stations along the Saigon and Dong Nai rivers has sharply risen over the past 24 hours. At 7 am on November 14, the highest water level at Phu An Station on the Saigon River was around 1.64 metres, roughly 0.04m above the third alarm level; meanwhile, the level at Nha Be Station was 1.66 metres.
The water level on the two rivers would continue rising in the next two to three days.
Several low-lying and riverside areas in HCM City may struggle with inundation, including Huynh Tan Phat and Tran Xuan Soan streets in District 7; Le Van Luong, Dao Su Tich and Pham Huu Lau in Nha Be District and National Road 50 in Binh Chanh District.
