The project focuses on renovating Thuy Van Street, which connects Vung Tau City, including Bai Sau Beach, a favourite tourist destination. It is scheduled to be completed within the next six months.

Bai Sau Beach
The project is expected to upgrade Bai Sau Beach with a friendly open space offering a sea view for residents and tourists.
Under the project, various facilities will be built, including a square, parks, outdoor cinemas, restaurants, and drainage systems. In particular, five pedestrian tunnels will be constructed beneath Thuy Van Street to link Bai Sau Beach.
Hoang Vu Thanh, chairman of the provincial people’s committee, said the project aims to help Vung Tau become a high-quality and internationally recognised tourist centre.
Nine enterprises have been affected by the project, which covers 19.21 hectares. However, most of the businesses have expressed strong support and worked closely with the project investor in the site clearance.
