The Le Thanh Construction and Trading Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the project in Binh Chanh District’s Tan Kien Commune on August 29.

The project has four residential blocks with each having 18 floors and 2 commercial-service buildings, with a total of 1,445 apartments. Each apartment covers 45-50 square metres.
The project with a total area of 127,000 square metres offers amenities like a park, swimming pool, supermarket, kindergarten, restaurants, spa, and gym. It is scheduled to be completed in 2026.
Le Huu Nghia, director of the company, said that the firm planned to carry out more social housing projects in HCM City in the coming time.
Currently, four social housing projects are underway in HCM City, said Pham Minh Man, deputy director of the HCM City Department of Construction.
HCM City has set a target to have 69,700-93,000 low-cost apartments by 2030.
As many as six social housing projects are expected to be implemented in HCM City by April next year.
