A car stalled through a deeply flooded section of Nguyen Tuan Street. Many spots on the street were 50 cm under water.
Nguyen Trai Street faced severe inundation, affecting traffic.
Quan Nhan Street was turned into a river.
Pham Hung Street in Nam Tu Liem District was in the same situation.
The downpours caused many trees in the city to collapse and uproot.
According to the National Centre for Hydrometeorological Forecasting, Hanoi will continue to experience rain in the coming days.
