The Binh Duong General Hospital project
Once completed, the hospital will be a significant addition to the region's healthcare infrastructure. It is designed to accommodate 1,500 beds and even a helipad for emergency services.
By early 2019, the project was resumed and slated for completion by late 2021.
In February 2023, Binh Duong authorities again complained about the pace of the project.
Chairman of the Binh Duong People's Committee Vo Van Minh has reassured the public that local authorities are actively working to overcome the delays. They have instructed the project's management to select new contractors to ensure the project's completion in the third quarter of 2025.
