According to the municipal Department of Tourism, the four special combo packages have been launched from June 21 to September 30 for travellers flying from HCM City or Hanoi. The flights in the programme are slated to depart between 11 pm and 6 am the next day.

The first package costs VND2.89 million (USD113.55) and includes VietJet Air’s round-trip air tickets and a two-night stay at a three-star hotel.
The second package costs VND3.09 million, including round-trip air tickets with Vietnam Airlines and a two-night stay at a three-star hotel, or flying with VietJet Air and staying at a four-star hotel for two nights.The third package is VND3.29 million, which includes Vietnam Airlines’ return tickets and a two-night stay at a four-star hotel or VietJet Air’s flights and two nights at a five-star hotel.
The fourth is VND3.49 million, including Vietnam Airlines’ return tickets and a two-night stay at a five-star hotel.
All these packages include transportation services from the airport to the hotel. The flights in the program are overnight flights scheduled between 11 pm and 6 am.
As many as 14 HCM City and Danang travel agencies have joined the stimulus programme.
Nguyen Duy Giang, Head of the Travel Services Department of Hanoitourist in Danang, said that the firm’s hotline received many calls from customers asking about tours to Danang.
Vietnam Airlines have announced it will provide 5,000 additional night and early morning flights with discounted tickets during the peak summer. Each ticket in the economy class is VND1.098 million, and the price is VND1.9 million for the business class, including taxes and surcharges.
From June, VietJet Air has increased 3,100 night flights for flights to tourist spots such as Hanoi, Danang, Hue, Nha Trang and Haiphong.
