
Running 100 kilometres in about approximately four hours, the service would offer passengers opportunities to see mountainous landscapes and coastal areas, especially the area through the Hai Van Pass.

The trains run into the centre of the two cities, making it convenient for passengers, especially tourists.

There were 12 stations including three lying in remote areas. Passengers can take the train from nine other stations including Hue, Huong Thuy, Truoi, Cau Hai, Thua Luu, Lang Co, Kim Lien, Thanh Khe, and Danang.

The trains take passengers alongside winding mountainous roads, through six tunnels and 18 overpasses.

Passengers can get a panoramic view of the beauty of Lang Co Bay with its white sand and clear blue water.

There will also be an immense view of the green forests and mountains.

The train also passes Lap An Lagoon, one of Thua Thien Hue’s famous tourist sites.

At Lang Co Station, tourists can get off and visit some popular destinations including Hoi Dua, Hoi Mit, Lap An Lagoon, Lang Co Beach, explore the lives of local fishermen, and enjoy some local specialities.
