Hoi An organised numerous activities to entertain tourists during the Lunar New Year. Le Quoc Viet, the owner of Santa Sea Villa Hoi An, noted the surge in visitors as a positive indicator of the city's tourism revival. Since Tet, his hotel has been fully booked, with many reservations already made for the next three months.

In the previous year, Hoi An attracted four million tourists, generating revenues of VND4.14 trillion (USD163.26 million), which doubled the figures from 2022.

To further boost tourism, Quang Nam's authorities have unveiled a promotional plan. Starting in March, they will conduct various activities to promote the local tourism sector.
