The incident occurred in Ba Thuoc District’s Dien Lu Commune at around 1 pm on Wednesday.

According to the initial information, a group of eight people rode a boat on Ma River to relax and take photos. Suddenly, the boat capsized. Four among them managed to swim ashore, and two children were rescued meanwhile, the couple drowned.
The 36-year-old husband and the 34-year-old wife from Thanh Hoa’s Vinh Loc District were visiting a relative in Dien Lu.
