The violation was found on February 4 in Haiphong City’s Quang Trung Commune as the coach was running from Nam Dinh Province to Quang Ninh Province’s Mong Cai City. Up to 81 passengers were crammed into the 41-seat vehicle.

The police were called by the angry passengers.
As a result, the coach operator was fined VND20 million (USD823). The operator was also instructed to arrange other vehicles for the passengers.
