Most of the people are the elderly who want to avoid the bone-chilling cold weather.


According to the National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting, Hanoi would continue facing the chilly cold weather with light rain on January 27-29. The city is set to see 2-3 cold fronts in February.
