The 110-year-old site will be opened to the public on December 30-31, starting from 8 am and 2 pm.
Visitors at the headquarters of the HCM City People’s Committee
Each tour will allow 40 visitors and the interval between tours is 15 minutes.
The headquarters are expected to attract around 2,000 visitors during the holiday.
During the tour, they will have the opportunity to enjoy an exhibition featuring photographs of architectural and artistic landmarks. They will receive informative presentations and insights into the city's tourist destinations, and historical and cultural landmarks.
Visitors will also have a chance to explore more than 100 unique tourism promotional brochures created by local tourism staff.
The headquarters of the HCM City People’s Committee was opened to the public for the first time on Reunification Day (April 30) this year and attracted 10,000 visitors.
This year, the city will open more tours to other historical and cultural architectural landmarks such as Saigon Opera House, Saigon Central Post Office and Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica of Saigon.
