From October 18, Bamboo Airways halted the Hanoi-London Gatwick flights.

The carrier has pledged to ensure the legal rights of passengers on the suspended flights.

Bamboo Airways has arranged more staff to help receive and address passenger requests, including flight changes and refunds.

Meanwhile, the airline has continued operating many domestic flights, including Hanoi-HCM City, Hanoi-Danang and those from HCM City to Danang, Haiphong, Vinh, Dong Hoi, Hue, Nha Trang, Quy Nhon, Phu Quoc and Con Dao.

In the first nine months of this year, Bamboo Airways reported 2,470 delayed flights, accounting for 7.6 percent of the total, maintaining its position as the most punctual airline during the period. It also stood out with a low cancellation rate, with just 0.2 percent of the total.
