Petroleum prices continue increasing

According to the decision, the retail prices of E5 RON 92 and RON 95 rose by VND140 and VND270 to VND23,470 and VND24,870 per litre respectively.

Diesel prices increased by VND290 to VND22,640 per litre and kerosene rose by VND500 to VND22,810 per litre respectively. Meanwhile, mazut decreased by VND280 to VND17,700 per kilo.

The two ministries did not allocate funds to the petrol price stabilisation fund this time.

So far this year, petroleum prices have been adjusted 25 times, including 15 increases and seven decreases.

This is the six consecutive rise in petroleum prices in Vietnam since early this year.
