Over the past 24 hours, Tuyen Quang has recorded 30-167mm of rainfall with Yen Son and Son Duong being hardest hit.
The province has been forecasted to continue witnessing rains.
People are warned of the bad weather to ensure safety.
Today, August 28, a 15-year-old boy in Yen Son District’s Kim Quang was found dead after being swept away by a flash flood.
