The VND2.6 trillion (USD110.63 million) roads are part of the Airports Corporation of Vietnam’s first phase of work on Long Thanh International Airport.
The design of the two roads
Road T1 is 3.8 kilometres long and has eight lanes, connecting the western gate of the airport and Road 25C.
Road T2 is 3.5 kilometres and has four lanes, linking Road T1 and the HCM City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay Expressway.
Long Thanh District in Dong Nai Province has acquired over 130 hectares of land for the two roads. Around 70 percent of the land has been handed over to the investor.
Road T1 will also be the main route to transport equipment for Long Thanh International Airport.
