On her Facebook page, she wrote the two-bedroom apartment is fully furnished. Because there is one room available, she is looking for a tenant for VND4 million a month.
Data from Onehousing, a leading luxury real estate distributor in the north, showed that apartment rental prices in Hanoi and HCM City in June have gone up recently, especially in districts near or in the centre.
Each apartment increased by VND1-3 million a month, equivalent to a 10-30 percent increase compared to the beginning of last year.
