A Facebook account named Hoang Trang is also posting information about finding a roommate for her apartment near My Dinh Bus Station.
On her Facebook page, she wrote the two-bedroom apartment is fully furnished. Because there is one room available, she is looking for a tenant for VND4 million a month.
Data from Onehousing, a leading luxury real estate distributor in the north, showed that apartment rental prices in Hanoi and HCM City in June have gone up recently, especially in districts near or in the centre.
Each apartment increased by VND1-3 million a month, equivalent to a 10-30 percent increase compared to the beginning of last year.
Data from website Batdongsan.com.vn, the segment of apartments for rent in Hanoi and HCM City has recently increased continuously.
Currently, a large part of young families and students are tending to rent apartments with comfortable living space when they do not have enough money to own houses in big cities.
