The move came after an article about their condition was published in the Dantri/DTiNews Newspaper.
Hoai's left leg has been seriously injuried after the incident
Nguyen Phuong Ly, 9, and her younger sister Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoai, 7, from Tan Ky District experienced a traffic accident in April when being transported by their mother.
Their motorbike was hit by another motorbike which was running in the opposite direction, causing them to fall onto the ground.
The three were quickly taken to a local hospital.
Ly and Hoai were then moved to Vietnam-Germany Hospital in Hanoi for more severe injuries. Despite being kept at the local hospital, the mother still insisted on going to Hanoi with her daughters to take care of them.
Hoai has been taken to the National Institute of Burns for skin injury treatment. Hoai has returned to a hospital in Nghe An for her recovery.
