The bridge at the villa project is removed on June 15

On June 15, the project investor removed a bridge that was built on the Bau Trang Lake. In the meantime, local authorities are checking a building of 300 square metres that has been built next to the lake. 

Any works that encroach on the national tourist area must be dismantled, according to the Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee.

The Bau Trang Lake, which covers over 371 hectares, has been recognised a national tourist area since 2019. It has become a famous tourist attraction in Binh Thuan.

Landslides occur at the Bau Trang Tourist Site

The site has recently faced serious landslides. Last month, a landslide of over 70 metres occurred at the foot of the Trinh Nu Hill here.
