Over the past 13 years, hundreds of students of the Hoa Thien Ly Kindergarten had to use meeting rooms in the commune to study. Many of these facilities have seriously deteriorated.

Teacher Ton Nu Thu Nga said that over 400 students of the school are mostly from the Tay, Nung, Mong, Cao Lan, and E De ethnic groups. The school is located in the district centre but parents can’t take their children there due to the distance and difficult mountain roads. As an alternative, they decided to use meeting rooms in local villages and organised nine classes in localities.
