According to the National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting, the cold weather would hit northeastern localities and the northern central provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An and Ha Tinh.

From tomorrow evening, the cold weather with mild rain would also affect the northeastern region. The temperature in the region would fall by 2-3 degrees centigrade.
This weather would last in the north until February 5.
On February 2-4, Hanoi’s temperature would be 18-21 degrees centigrade.
Central provinces from Quang Binh to Khanh Hoa would see heavy rain with strong winds until February 4
