According to the National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the temperature should fall by 2–4 degrees centigrade from this evening.

Mountainous areas will have the lowest temperature of around 8–11 degrees centigrade. Meanwhile, the lowest temperature of the Red River delta region will be 11–14 degrees centigrade.

Hanoi will have the lowest temperature of 10–12 degrees centigrade.

The cold spell should end on December 16.

From tomorrow, December 13, the central region will have less rain. The region has been predicted to see a new rainy front from December 16–20.
