The light cold wave would start hitting northern and central localities on November 13-18, bringing rain and strong wind for many areas, focusing on November 15-18.

The northern and central regions of Vietnam would see two long cold spells
Another stronger cold has also been forecasted to hit the northern and central regions of Vietnam from November 19-20. This would cause rain for many localities in the regions.
Hoang Phuc Lam, deputy director of the National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting previously suggested that the northern region would face strong cold weather from late December. The bone-chilling cold weather would also happen in January and early February next year.
The National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting said that around 1-2 storms would enter the East Sea in the month to come and would directly affect Vietnam.
