According to the National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting, rain would start in northern localities from the evening of October 7 and end on October 10.

During the rain, northern delta and coastal localities would face strong winds with a temperatures of 33 degrees centigrade.

The northern region would see the first cold snap from October 9 with the lowest temperature of between 17-19 degrees centigrade. The mountainous province of Lang Son on October 10 would experience temperatures of between 18-21 degrees centigrade that would fall to 17-19 degrees centigrade in the following three to four days.

Hanoi’s temperature on October 10 would be 21-25 degrees centigrade.

The same weather has also been predicted for the northern central provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An and Ha Tinh during the time.
