Dong quickly handed over the bag which contained VND2.4 billion to VIAGS management who then contacted the passenger.

Dong has often discovered possessions left on planes since 2014 when he started working for VIAGS, including mobile phones, laptops and cash worth billions of VND.

VIAGS has strict steps on returning belongings left on flights. Passengers are advised to check their hand luggage carefully before leaving their flights.
