Northern localities are facing hot weather with the highest temperature of over 35 degrees centigrade, which will come to an end on August 30.

Between August 31 and September 2, the region would see downpours and strong winds.

Between September 1-7, localities from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen provinces have been forecasted to have rain and violent winds in the evening. The same weather would also affect Khanh Hoa and Binh Thuan provinces on September 3-7.

The heavy rain with whirlwinds and thunder would occur in the Central Highlands region and the southern region from September 2.
