The Hau Giang rice husk-fuelled project was approved in 2019 but to date, the project has not yet started.
The project will be invested by Hau Giang Power Plant Joint Stock Company under the decision of the provincial people’s committee. It is rescheduled to be put into operation in 2024.
The plant covers a total area of 10 hectares, including supporting facilities such as parking lots, green spaces and stores.
