An additional 932 new Covid-19 infections were confirmed on Thursday, raising the national tally to over 10.75 million, according to the Ministry of Health.
As of Thursday evening, the number of Covid-19 patients in Vietnam has increased to 10,758,189.
On July 14, an additional 8,545 more patients recovered from the disease, raising the number of recoveries in the country to over 9.79 million.
On Thursday evening, no deaths related to Covid-19 were announced, total fatalities stayed at 43,090, accounting for 0.4 per cent of total infections.
By July 13, the country had injected more than 237 million doses of Covid-19 vaccines. The vaccination rate of the third shot among people aged 18 and older is now 69.6 percent while the vaccination rate of fourth shot is 30 percent.
