Local authorities have instructed the Da Lat Urban Service Joint Stock Company and Da Lat Investment Project Management Board to carry out the installation before July 20.
People who gather around the lake to hold parties, make fires, leave rubbish and make noise will be fined.

The Da Lat Urban Service Joint Stock Company has also been asked to arrange dustbins and more environmental workers for the area around the lake. The police will also deploy more resources to the area.
During the 2022 Lunar New Year and Reunification and May Day holidays, many people held parties and left litter around the lake.
Xuan Huong Lake, which is the heart of Da Lat, is surrounded by many famous tourist spots, including Lam Vien Square and Yersin Park.
Da Lat introduced its new tourism code of conduct in May this year which obliges travellers to protect the city’s environment.
