So far this year, the city recorded a total of 8,200 dengue fever patients. This includes serious cases, up fivefold on-year, and six deaths, four cases higher than the same period last year.
HCM City has reported 2,370 foot, mouth and hand cases since the beginning of this year, mostly among children under five.
