Nguyen Xuan Hung from apartment building HH4A Linh Dam in Hoang Liet Ward said that he was instructed to bring his positive result for Covid-19 using quick test to the local medical station for a medical declaration and then be retested.
He came there at 7 am but had to wait for hours for his turn.

Vu Anh Tuan from apartment building HH1C said that up to five members in his family were infected with Covid-19. Despite the bone-chilling weather, they had to come to the medical station to be retested.

Tuan worried that going out in the current cold weather would badly affect people with Covid-19. Congestion at medical stations also posed the concern about more infection risks.

The same situation was reported at Dinh Cong Ward’s medical station. The security staff even used a speaker to remind people to stand in lines to ensure a safe distance.

Nguyen Thi Phuong, chairwoman of Dinh Cong Ward, said that the local medical ward has only nine staff and four of them are currently infected with Covid-19. The remaining five staff are carrying out the Covid-19 vaccination.

She hoped that the medical station would get support from volunteers.
However, a representative from Nam Tu Liem District, said that there were no queues at local medical facilities for their condition certificate.
