Hanoi has announced 12 paid hotels for the quarantine service for F1 cases. The list comprises Hoa Binh, Muong Thanh Hanoi Grand Centre, Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, Silk Path, Hilton Garden Inn, Hilton Hanoi Opera, Binh An 1, Binh An 2, Binh An 3, Grand Vista, Lake Side, Muong Thanh Grand Xa La, hotels in the four districts of Hoan Kiem, Ha Dong, Ba Dinh and Soc Son.
A hotel in Hanoi which offers the Covid-19 quarantine service
Districts have been asked to co-operate with the departments of health and tourism to carry out the plan for F1 case quarantine at the hotels from November 15.
By November 11, Hanoi had allowed 23 hotels to provide the quarantine service for Covid-19 prevention. The hotels with a total of 2,640 rooms hosted 107,120 people’s quarantine.
Meanwhile, around 100 F1 cases in Hanoi’s Nam Tu Liem District have been permitted to stay at home for self-quarantine. They are mostly the elderly, pregnant women, sick people and those aged below 18.
However, they have to be isolated from their other family members and have to use a separate toilet. In cases where houses fail to meet these requirements, they have to be sent to quarantine sites.
