Following Hanoi People’s Committee’s approval, students in 18 districts and towns which have low-risk Covid-19 infection and have not yet recorded any new locally-infected Covid-19 cases over the past 14 days are permitted to return to school from November 8.
Many Hanoi schools to reopen from November 8
Meanwhile, students in other grades will continue to study online and those at nursery schools still keep on being off school.
Schools are requested to ensure Covid-19 prevention regulations when being reopened. Safe distancing has to be applied among students. Meals are not provided at schools. Students are only allowed to study in the morning or in the afternoon, instead of a full day as usual.
