Flights from HCM City to Con Dao Island in the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung have been resumed after a long halt due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

This morning, October 22, Vietnam Air Services Company (VASCO) under national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines conducted a flight from HCM City to Con Dao Island in the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau. The air route has a frequency of two return flights per day.

Earlier, VASCO also resumed Hanoi-Dien Bien flights with a discount of 25 percent for two or more passengers.

A single ticket for the Hanoi-Dien Bien air route costs from VND75,000, excluding surcharges and fees. The ticket is VND298,000 for Danang-Dien Bien air route and VND658,000 for HCM City-Dien Bien.

The discounts which last until December 30, will be applied for flights scheduled to depart until March 27 next year, excluding the Tet Holiday.
