According to the National Centre for Hydrometeorology Forecasting, from October 21, the northern region and central localities from Thanh Hoa to Quang Binh will have rain.

The northern region of Vietnam would face a strong cold spell this weekend
Nguyen Huu Thanh, deputy head from the National Centre for Hydrometeorology Forecasting’s Weather Forecast, said that from the evening of October, the northern region and Thanh Hoa Province would see the lowest temperature of 16-19 degrees centigrade. Some mountainous areas will have temperatures of below 15 degrees centigrade.
The cold weather will affect the central region on October 22-27. The region will also see heavy rains afterwards.
Thanh has warned of severe landslides in central localities following rain.
