The city has relaxed social distancing regulations in 19 districts where Covid-19 has basically been brought under control since Thursday. As of this morning, September 17, some streets in these districts were quite busy.
Traffic on Kim Ma, Van Cao and Dao Tan streets at peak time this morning
At around 8 am, Nguyen Chi Thanh Street was quite crowded.
People in green zones have not had to show travel permits since Thursday.
Cau Giay Street even saw light traffic congestion.
However, some streets in green areas remained quite deserted this morning.
