According to Hai Hau District’s Health Centre, the Covid-19 patients are teachers and their relatives who are living in Yen Dinh Town and Hai Hung Commune. These cases have travelled to different places and come into contact with many people.

Local authorities are actively tracing people who are related to the cases for quarantine activities. All people who have come into close contact between August 23-31 with the patients will be sent to quarantine sites.
Epidemic investigations are underway to identify the causes of the infection.
The province has considered setting up a field hospital in case of a pandemic outbreak.
Meanwhile, up to 11 Covid-19 cases related to a funeral in the northern central province of Thanh Hoa’s Nga Son District have been recorded. The district has been locked down, starting from today, September 1.
