The flights arrived at Dong Hoi Airport on Sunday.
Among 374 passengers, 183 are women; 88 are children and the remainder are their relatives.

Quang Binh sent a specialised taskforce of 12 people, including obstetricians, to support the flights.
The flights prioritised women in the 28-36th week of pregnancy and those whose newborn babies are less than six months old. Meanwhile, the province will make a list of women of the 36th week pregnancy and over to have another transportation plan.
All of the passengers tested negative for Covid-19 right after landing at the airport and were then brought to a local quarantine site where they would stay for 14 days for Covid-19 prevention following the government's regulations.
Mai Thi Hoa, 31, from Le Thuy District said that she intended to come back to her hometown to give birth but this was delayed by Covid-19. The woman who is now in the 7th month of pregnancy expressed her happiness to return home this time.
Tran Thi Lien, 28, from Tuyen Hoa District said that she had been staying in HCM City for six years. Since the new Covid-19 outbreak, her company faced difficulties and delayed salary payment to workers.
The province will offer free quarantine fees for these people.
