The project will be located on a site of 55.89 hectares by Bai Tu Long Bay in Cam Pha City’s Cam Thinh Ward, including 13.38 hectares of water surface. It is designed to have an annual capacity of 1,500MW.

The project has a lifespan of 50 years following the land allocation. The investment preparations are scheduled to be finished in the second quarter of next year and the project is expected to be put into operations in the third quarter of 2027.
Under the province’s requirements, investors need to apply modern and advanced technology and ensure the project’s construction pace.
Investors are also requested not to transfer the project until it is put into use. In case of violations, the project will be revoked without being compensated.
