Ha Tinh authorities search for people that had come to Covid-19 outbreak area

Authorities in Ha Tinh Province are contact tracing people who came to a local beach after several people tested positive for SARS-CoV-2.

On June 10, Ha Tinh CDC announced that several Covid-19 patients said that they had visited Thach Bang Beach from 6 pm to 7 pm on June 3.

The CDC is searching for everyone who visited the beach during that time. The public have been asked to visit their nearest medical station or contact the CDC's hotline, 0961.202.026, for advice.

On June 4, a couple that lives in Doai Thinh Village was reported as the first positive cases of the latest Covid-19 outbreak in Ha Tinh. As of 5 pm on June 10, 16 more cases have been reported, of which seven people tested positive for the Coronavirus after visiting Thach Bang Beach in Loc Ha District.

The couple had also visited the beach on May 30 and June 4.
