The rain which lasted for more than one hour caused flooding for many streets in the East of the city.
Kilometres of Do Xuan Hop Street were inundated, resulting in many motorbikes suffering from stalled engines.

The same situation was reported on Vo Van Ngan Street. The strong flood water even swept some vehicles away.
The water was so violent it looked like waterfalls.
