From March 28, Vietnam Airlines Group, which consists of Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines and VASCO, will increase flights on nearly 30 domestic air routes which directly connect 15 tourism destinations nationwide, including Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Quy Nhon, Dalat, Cam Ranh and Phu Quoc. Among those, flights to Haiphong, Vinh, Thanh Hoa, Danang, Cam Ranh, Dalat, Buon Ma Thuot and Phu Quoc will see the largest increase in flights.

Vietnam Airlines will increase weekly flight numbers to 14 on many routes, including Thanh Hoa/Haiphong-Dalat; Vinh/Haiphong/Danang-Cam Ranh and Haiphong-Danang.
According to Vietnam Airlines, the increase will help passengers to directly fly to famous tourist spots but not to transit in Hanoi and HCM City.
Vietnam Airlines will conduct between 280 and 400 flights per week, equal to 56,000-80,000 seats.
Pacific Airlines will focus on running more flights from Hanoi and HCM City to major tourist destinations like Cam Ranh, Phu Quoc and Quy Nhon. Hanoi-Danang flights have been reopened with two flights per week.
On March 25-28, airlines in Vietnam will launch discounts for ticket and accommodation combo. For instance, Vietnam Airlines is offering the price of at least VND2.44 million for a combo of staying at Vinpearl for three days and two nights and air ticket.
Meanwhile, budget carrier VietJet will offer millions of vouchers worth VND100,000 and VND500,000 for customers from now to April 15.
