The incident was discovered in Hoang Mai Town on Tuesday. The vehicle transported 57 people, including four Vietnamese and 53 Chinese.

All of the people have been sent to a local quarantine site for Covid-19 prevention, while local police are investigating the case.
Vietnamese authorities have dealt with numerous incidents of illegal entry by Chinese people. On Monday, 34 Chinese nationals were found illegally entering the southern province of An Giang.
