The scene of the accident
The accident occurred at 3.15 am on Nguyen Van Linh Street, Long Bien District. At that time, a truck was moving from Trau Quy Town to Chui Bridge when it hit a car which was carrying four local people. The car was then crashed into another truck in front of it.
The car was crushed between two trucks
Three people in the car died immediately. Another passenger suffered from serious injuries and was brought to the hospital.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
