HCM City markets still crowded despite Covid-19 spread

Traditional markets in HCM City are still crowded these days despite municipal authority calls for social distancing for around two weeks to help Covid-19 prevention.

People are advised to go to market only once every 2-3 days, instead of several times per day. However, on Thursday, many markets in HCM City such as Vuon Chuoi in District 3 and Nguyen Tri Phuong in District 10 saw crowds.

 

Many people wore masks and brought hand wash with them 

The market management board placed a signboard to remind people to wear masks.

HCM City is facing a big threat of Covid-19 infection as patient numbers have been on the rise.
