The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced that the 6th Hanoi International Film Festival will be held in the fourth quarter.

Hanoi International Film Festival scheduled for fourth quarter

The ministry has asked the Vietnam Cinema Department and related agencies to hold the five-day event in Hanoi.

The festival will honour outstanding films and encourage the growth of new talents in the film industry. It is also the chance for Vietnamese and international artists to exchange and to promote Vietnam films, its culture and people to the world.

Hanoi International Film Festival was first held in 2010 and has become a reputable festival for many years in Vietnam and other countries like Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, India, France, and Poland.
