The building belongs to the Ministry of Education and Training’s headquarters in Hanoi’s Ta Quang Buu Street.

An, 49, was found dead at around 7:10 am.
The Ministry of Education and Training has issued an announcement about the incident.
An was appointed Education and Training Deputy Minister in November 2018.

An, who is a geophysics engineer, studied at Russian State Geological Prospecting University, Brunei Darussalam University and the UK’s Heriot Watt University.
He was also the lecturer and deputy headmaster of Hanoi University of Mining and Geology. From 2014 and 2018, he was the head of the university.
